4 types of paper for material :
When food packaging bags are customized, there are many types of
paper that can be used, and there are four kinds that are often
used: kraft paper, coated paper, white cardboard, offset paper.
Different types of paper toughness, smoothness and beauty are
different, in customized paper bags, food packaging bag
manufacturers will be based on the use of paper bags and the
characteristics of different paper to meet customer needs. Next, we
will give you a brief introduction to the characteristics of these
four kinds of paper commonly used for making bags.
1, kraft paper: is made of coniferous wood sulfate color paste,
strength is larger, usually yellow brown, in addition to light
brown, cream or white. The thickness is 80 g ~120 g. Kraft paper
has a high tensile force, single light, double light, stripes, no
lines and so on. It is mainly used to make environmentally friendly
paper bags for supermarkets, food takeout paper bags, chestnuts and
other dried fruit packaging paper bags, envelopes, archives,
medical records, etc.
2. White cardboard: single or multi-layer combination made of
bleached chemical pulping and fully sizing. The surface of white
cardboard is smooth and the texture is firm. At present, imported
white cardboard accounts for a large market share in the domestic
market. White cardstock paper is mainly used to make high-grade and
exquisite handbag, packaging bag, gift packaging box, business card
and so on.
3, coated paper: the main raw materials are copperplate base paper
and paint. The pigment, adhesive and auxiliary materials are made
of paint, coated on the surface of cardboard by special equipment,
after drying and pressing, the surface is smooth, the printing
performance is good, the thickness is 70~250 grams, mostly used in
cigarette boxes, labels, cartons and so on.
4, offset paper: paper is white and smooth, but the whiteness,
tightness, smoothness is lower than coated paper, suitable for
printing monochrome or multicolor book cover, text, inserts,
posters, maps, posters, color trademarks and various packaging
products, in recent years, it is also used to make less demanding
nuts and other dried fruit bags.
